Delete Your Wagamour Account — Account Deletion Request

Wagamour gives you control over your data. The fastest way to delete your account is directly inside the Wagamour app.

Delete From the App (Recommended)

Open Wagamour and sign in
Go to Profile
Open Settings
Open Account Management
Tap Delete Account
Review the confirmation screen and tap Delete My Account

You will see a confirmation when your deletion request has been received.

Submitting a deletion request from within the app begins the account deletion process immediately.

What Gets Deleted

Account information (name, email)
Optional phone number
Optional ZIP code
Dog profiles and preferences
Community contributions and park activity
AI-generated recommendations and insights
Uploaded pet or park photos

Timeline & Retention

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Some system records may be retained during that period for security, fraud prevention, legal, and operational requirements, then purged according to our retention schedule.

We will email you to confirm once your account has been deleted when applicable.

Cannot Access the App?

If you cannot sign in or access the in-app deletion flow, contact support as a secondary option:

Email hello@wagamour.com from the email address associated with your account. Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We may verify your identity before processing the request.
